He began his career as a medical device distributor in the UAE, developing deep expertise in market access, regulatory affairs, commercial operations, and healthcare market development across diverse and complex healthcare systems. Over the course of his career, Majdi has held senior leadership positions with leading global healthcare organizations, including Medtronic, GE Healthcare, Molnlycke, and Convatec. He has successfully led regional businesses, built high-performing teams, and delivered sustainable growth across both mature and emerging markets. His extensive international experience combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational excellence, enabling him to navigate diverse business environments and evolving healthcare landscapes. Currently serving as General Manager, Middle East & Africa at Convatec, Majdi leads the company’s growth strategy across one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving healthcare regions in the world.
