Masih Imtiaz is the CEO of Imtiaz Developments, one of the UAE's fastest growing, design led real estate developers. With more than 14 years of experience across real estate and construction, he has led the company through a period of remarkable growth, scaling revenues from AED 100 million to AED 3 billion within two years. Today, he oversees 45 active developments across Dubai, with a combined value exceeding AED 15 billion.
Under his leadership, Imtiaz Developments' portfolio has grown to include signature projects such as The Symphony, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, as well as high demand developments including RAW District, which achieved an overnight sellout, reflecting the company's growing presence within Dubai's luxury real estate landscape.
Beyond business, Masih is deeply committed to creating a positive and lasting social impact. He is the recipient of several accolades and recognitions, including the Medal of Philanthropy, awarded by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, following his AED 50 million contribution to the Father's Endowment campaign by Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI).
