Maya Khouri

Maya Khouri is Chief Executive Officer of Aesthetics at PureHealth, where she is leading the Group’s beauty and aesthetics vertical with a focus on diagnostics, underlying health and continuity of care - moving beyond individual procedures towards a more integrated approach to aesthetics and healthy ageing. She brings two decades of healthcare experience spanning finance, strategy and operations. Most recently, she served as General Manager of CosmeSurge, where she led the transformation of its multi-specialty aesthetics network of 13 clinics and a hospital across the UAE, repositioning the brand around regenerative aesthetics and inside-out beauty, launching its Integrative Wellness division, and leading the cluster through JCI accreditation. Previously, Maya shaped corporate strategy at NMC Healthcare and led business development at Mubadala Health, spanning acquisitions, government partnerships and the launch of several regional-first service lines. Her work is grounded in the belief that aesthetics can increasingly benefit from a deeper understanding of the factors influencing how people look and age – and that advances in diagnostics and science are creating opportunities for a more personalised, health-informed approach to care. Maya is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
