Mohamed Abdulelah Al Kooheji

Mohamed Abdulelah Al Kooheji serves as Group Chief Executive Officer of Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo
Group, where he sets the Group's overarching vision and drives long-term growth across its diversified
portfolio, spanning Shipping, Logistics, Travel, Real Estate, Industrial & Energy, Ventures, and Global
Investments.
With over 21 years of experience across investment, business development, property management,
development management, and strategic planning, he brings a proven track record of driving sustainable
growth and value creation. Prior to assuming the role of Group CEO, he served as Chief Executive Officer
of Kanoo Real Estate from 2019, where he led the division's strategic expansion, developing and
implementing business models that strengthened its managed portfolio through new project
development, strategic acquisitions, and greater operational efficiency.
Previously Mohamed served as the CEO of Amlak, SIO Bahrain's real estate investment arm, where he
led the Bahrain Marina development and strategic property investments. His career also includes senior
roles at Amlak (Director of Investment and Strategic Planning) and Naseej Bahrain (Senior Manager –
Business Development and Property Services). He has also contributed his expertise as a board member
for several leading Bahraini companies such as AHQ Holding Company W.L.L as Chairman of The Board,
Bahrain Car Parks Company (Amakin) B.S.C as Board Member – Chairman of Audit Committee and
Southern Area Development Company B.S.C (c) as Board Member.
