Fondly nicknamed the “IPL Queen” by her clients, Mona earned a reputation for transforming difficult skin conditions and restoring confidence at a time when few understood the power of clinical light therapies.
By 2002, she had opened her own London clinic, combining medical-grade skincare and pioneering technology with a perfectionist’s eye. In 2007, she made history by founding the first licensed medical aesthetics clinic in Dubai Healthcare City, earning the MBRE Dubai Top 100 SME Award (#17) and establishing herself as a regional authority and early adopter of advanced technologies. Her flagship clinic, Biolite, opposite the Burj Al Arab, quickly became the destination for Bollywood celebrities, global sports icons, and discerning clients seeking excellence, discretion, and results.
Mona is not only a business leader but also a teacher. She places training and education at the core of her practice, ensuring her team meets global benchmarks and that excellence is repeatable across every treatment. Her California-made clinical skincare formulations, created in partnership with high-end labs, extend results far beyond the surface and reflect her insistence on quality at every touchpoint.
