Mr. Mustafa Ahmed Salman brings over 45 years of experience in the financial and investment sector, having held senior leadership positions across government institutions and capital markets in the Sultanate of Oman, the Gulf region, and internationally.
He currently serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of United Securities LLC, in addition to his role as Honorary Consul of Australia to the Sultanate of Oman. He is also Chairman of Oman REIT and a board member of several major economic and investment institutions.
Since the establishment of the Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX), Mr. Salman has played a pivotal role in the development of Oman’s capital markets sector. He is widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in the financial and investment landscape of the region, having contributed significantly to strengthening institutional practices, enhancing market transparency, and developing national talent.
Mr. Salman holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and an International Capital Markets Certificate from the Securities Institute in London. His expertise spans financial brokerage, asset management, institutional investment, and corporate governance.
