Najeh Salah

Najeh Salah is Chief of Staff at Power International Holding (PIH), one of Qatar’s largest and most diversified business groups, where he works at the center of the organization to translate leadership’s vision into coordinated execution across a portfolio of more than 400 companies spanning Energy, Mining, Concessions & Construction, Healthcare, Services & Industries, Agriculture & Food Industries, Telecommunications, Real Estate & Retail, and Lifestyle & Hospitality.

As a senior leadership, in his capacity as Chief Of Staff, he oversees the strategic coordination of the Group’s priorities, ensuring alignment between long-term objectives and operational execution, and guiding enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen performance and position the Group for an increasingly dynamic global economy.

A significant part of his work focuses on building the institutional capabilities that underpin sustainable growth — advancing leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and talent across a workforce of more than 65,000 employees. He also leads PIH’s workforce transformation initiatives, including the integration of artificial intelligence across the organization, supporting the Group’s ambition of AI adoption and equipping employees to thrive in a technology-driven economy.
