Nathalie Amiel-Ferrault serves as Chief Marketing & Retail Officer at AJEX Logistics Services, a partner of DHL eCommerce and a leading GCC expert in logistics, transportation, and cold chain solutions. Headquartered in Saudi Arabia, AJEX is inspired by Saudi Vision 2030 to deliver innovative logistics services that seamlessly connect the Middle East with the world.
A French national with over 30 years of experience in the transport and logistics industry, Nathalie has built and led diverse teams across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. She joined AJEX in January 2022, at the company’s inception, following a distinguished career spanning three decades at FedEx, where she held senior leadership roles in marketing and customer experience.
In her current role, Nathalie leads marketing, corporate communications, and retail experience, driving business growth and enhancing customer engagement across the region. Passionate about aligning commercial strategies with customer-centric innovation, she continues to shape AJEX’s brand and market presence.
Beyond her corporate career, Nathalie is actively involved in promoting French business interests in the Middle East. Since 2016, she has served as Vice President and Executive Board Member of the CCI France UAE, representing a network of more than 800 French-affiliated SMEs and multinationals in the UAE.
Nathalie holds a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, and Business Administration from Montpellier Business School (MBS) in France.
She is also a mother of two and a strong advocate for diversity, inclusion, and women’s empowerment in business leadership.
