With over 12 years of experience, including eight years at some of Dubai's most prestigious hotels, Natthida is a self-motivated and determined professional who is renowned for her immense passion for wellness and her practical expertise, making her a standout leader in this growing industry. As a seasoned health and wellness professional, Natthida is highly qualified in her field, having earned a Certified Health Coach qualification from Integrative Nutrition in New York, and a CIBTAC Qualification in Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology. Additionally, she has pursued a series of spa development and management courses from Chivasom Academy, including specialisations in Indian Head Massage, Facial Treatments, Body Massages, and Anatomy and Physiology. Natthida’s professional journey in the UAE started at Intercontinental Dubai Marina, where she assumed the role of Assistant Spa Manager during its opening phase. She has also held several other key roles, including Spa Manager at Grosvenor House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Dubai and Sofitel Dubai The Palm. As the Director of Spa at Banyan Tree Dubai, Natthida led its successful launch, meticulously adhering to the brand’s high standards to provide customised wellness experiences. She worked in close collaboration with the Banyan Tree Wellbeing Hub team to develop an extensive training schedule, ensuring her spa team fully embodied the Banyan Tree ethos. Demonstrating her exceptional management skills, Natthida also oversaw the successful rebranding of the spa from Ceasars Palace to Banyan Tree. This was followed by relocating the spa and gym to a dedicated space during a comprehensive renovation project. Currently, she is working tirelessly in preparation for the grand opening of the new-look Banyan Tree Spa Dubai, which is set to debut in October of this year. Having started her career with Banyan Tree in Bangkok over a decade ago, the brand holds a special place in Natthida’s heart. Through the rigorous training and high standards set by the hotel, which helped to solidify her career, Natthida carries Banyan Tree brand values wherever she goes. Having experienced the brand’s expansion and success firsthand, she strives to maintain the world-class treatments of the Spa at Banyan Tree Dubai, cementing the spa as a true sanctuary for the senses. Natthida consistently emphasises the spa’s six signature touchpoints, which are integrated into every treatment. One key aspect is the ability for guests to select their preferred massage type based on what they wish to experience or feel after the treatment. The ritual begins with a Foot Bath, during which therapists reconnect with guests and confirm the treatment details. Adding a personal touch to each spa experience, guests are invited to choose from a selection of essential oils before focusing on breathwork guided by therapists. The Palm Touch is then performed, focusing on the body’s reiki points, followed by a Body Wipe Down, where therapists use warm towels to wipe off excess oils. Finally, the therapist rings the bell, concluding the session with a sensory awakening experience using the chime of the Tubular Bell. Natthida also embraces the Banyan Tree wellbeing pillars in her daily life, which include movement, nourishment, rest, growth, connection, mindfulness, groundedness, and spiritual practice.
