Nejoud is General Manager for Fitch Group Regional Headquarters (RHQ), Fitch Ratings and Fitch Learning, overseeing the Saudi Arabia branch and lead all commercial activities. In 2024, she led the establishment of Fitch’s Regional Headquarters in Riyadh, marking a major milestone with the approval of its regional headquarters license and highlighting Riyadh’s strategic role as a hub for Fitch’s Middle East operations. Nejoud’s career spans both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Fitch, she served as International Strategic Partnership Director at the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at), where she fostered international relationships to support SME growth. She was subsequently appointed Director and Executive Board Member of Fintech Saudi, a government initiative backed by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) and the Capital Market Authority (CMA). In this capacity, Nejoud played a key role in developing Saudi Arabia’s fintech ecosystem and served on the Fintech Saudi Supervisory Committee. Previously, Nejoud spent over a decade at JPMorgan Chase Bank, specializing in corporate investment banking, client relationship management, corporate sales, business management, and core banking services for large corporates in Saudi Arabia. In addition to her professional roles, Nejoud is an advocate for women entrepreneurs in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. As a scout for HearstLab – a mission-focused corporate venture fund dedicated to closing the gender gap in VC by investing in early-stage, women-led technology startups – she played a pivotal role in supporting HearstLab’s first investment in the GCC. Nejoud’s leadership and impact have been recognized by her inclusion in Forbes Middle East’s 100 Most Powerful Businesswomen list for both 2025 and 2024. She earned an Executive Master’s degree in 2025 from ESADE Business School in Spain and holds a bachelor’s degree in business systems.
