Noha Bashir is a Meta alum turned stand-up comedian, leadership coach, and learning platform founder.
After a 20-year career building major digital and community programs including #MyDubai, Meta Blueprint, and Visa’s World Cup and Olympic initiatives, she left corporate life to pursue a career in comedy and leadership coaching.
Today, Noha is one of the region's few Arabic-English female stand-up comedians, performing across the GCC and internationally. Her credits include the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Dubai Comedy Festival, and Abu Dhabi Comedy Week, alongside sold-out solo shows, theatre performances, and appearances with some of the world's leading comedians.
Drawing on her unique journey from boardrooms to comedy clubs, she blends neuroscience, storytelling, and the science of play to help people communicate with greater presence, clarity, and impact. She has performed for global brands, spoken on international stages, and helped more than 10,000 people find their voice and unlock their leadership skills.
