Since joining Baheya in 2016, I have dedicated my career to developing and heading the Department of Psychological Support and Volunteering, which is a cornerstone of the foundation's objective to provide holistic treatment to breast cancer patients. When I first started, there were no established programs for volunteers or psychological support. I took the initiative to establish this department, understanding that healing is strongly linked to mental and emotional well-being.
