Sara Alameri is an Emirati sustainability advocate, banker, entrepreneur, and former diplomat recognized for her contributions to climate action, youth empowerment, and sustainable development. She currently serves as Vice President and Executive Director at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), where she works on strategic international initiatives and stakeholder engagement across global markets.

Previously, Sara spent five years at the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, contributing to economic diplomacy and international cooperation efforts, including supporting the UAE’s successful bid to host COP28. She has represented the UAE at major international platforms, including COP26, COP27, COP28, and the United Nations General Assembly.

A member of the inaugural Arab Youth Council for Climate Change, Sara has led and contributed to numerous sustainability and awareness initiatives across the region. She is also the host of the “Sustainability Across Generations” podcast and a social media influencer with over 145,000 followers.

In 2025, Sara was recognized on the Forbes Middle East 30 Under 30 list for her impact across sustainability, diplomacy, and innovation. She is currently completing a Master’s degree in Sustainability at Harvard University.
