Thomas Pramotedham

As the driving force behind Presight (a G42 company), Thomas Pramotedham is recognized as a leading voice in digital transformation and a principled advocate for the responsible application of technology in shaping modern economies and societies.

He is Chief Executive Officer and a Member of the Board of Directors of Presight, one of the region’s most consequential AI companies, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange. Presight delivers applied AI, advanced analytics, and sovereign digital infrastructure across the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa — transforming how governments and industries operate across public services, finance, energy, smart cities, and education.

Thomas advances Presight’s applied intelligence philosophy, championing the disciplined translation of advanced technologies into practical, scalable, and measurable outcomes. He has also driven Presight’s strategic ecosystem expansion and inorganic growth initiatives, including the recent launch of the Presight AI Fund, strengthening long-term value creation across the AI landscape.

Beyond his executive responsibilities, Thomas plays an active role in governance across the broader AI ecosystem. He sits on the Board of Directors of AIQ, the ADNOC–Presight joint venture advancing AI-driven transformation in the energy sector, and is a Board Member of the Samruk Kazyna–Presight Joint Venture, established in partnership with Samruk-Kazyna JSC, a $70 billion sovereign wealth fund.

Prior to leading Presight, Thomas held leadership roles within G42, contributing directly to strategic initiatives advancing the UAE’s digital transformation agenda. Before relocating to the UAE, he was CEO of Esri Singapore, a global leader in geospatial technology and a key contributor to Singapore’s Smart Nation initiatives. He has also held board and executive committee roles with YMCA Singapore and SGTech.
