Middle East and North Africa Regional Manager, Hult Prize Foundation 

Yana Dabaghie is the Middle East and North Africa Regional Manager at the Hult Prize Foundation, where she leads the integration of youth-led social entrepreneurship programs across universities and national ecosystems in the MENA region. She works closely with governments, higher education institutions, and ecosystem enablers to embed entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainability into academic and development frameworks.

Her work focuses on strengthening the entrepreneurial mindset and supporting the design and development of early-stage, impact-driven startups, equipping youth to build scalable ventures aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. With a background in Civil Engineering and a master's degree in business Entrepreneurship, Yana brings a structured, systems-driven approach to startup building, program development, and ecosystem partnerships.

Yana is also a business researcher with publications in Scopus-indexed journals, exploring entrepreneurship education and social entrepreneurship in emerging markets, and continues to act as a regional enabler of youth entrepreneurship, working at the intersection of entrepreneurial mindset development, education, innovation, and early-stage venture development across the MENA region.
