Zaid Mohammed Ikram is a sustainability and high-performance buildings leader with over 10 years of experience delivering sustainability, commissioning, and building physics solutions across the Middle East. He currently leads Energy and Commissioning Services at AtkinsRéalis, driving business growth, mentoring multidisciplinary teams, and engaging with clients, industry partners, and suppliers to develop and deliver sustainability strategies for complex, high-value developments.
Zaid is a certified Building Energy Modelling Professional (BEMP) and served on the ASHRAE BEMP Subcommittee from 2021 to 2024, where he contributed to the development and validation of the global certification program. He also holds multiple industry-recognized credentials, including ASHRAE BCxP, HBDP, CEM, and ISO certifications. His leadership philosophy centers on building strong partnerships that drive innovation, enhance performance, and create lasting impact.
