Zayed is an environmental scientist who aims to contribute to the UAE’s sustainable development. He currently works as Environmental Specialist at Emirates Nuclear Energy Company, and previously worked in Abu Dhabi Ports Group. Zayed holds an honors bachelor degree in Environmental & Ecological Biology from the United Arab Emirates University. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Scholars Program at New York University - Abu Dhabi. He was also one of Masdar Future Sustainability Leaders in 2020. As an Emirati youth, he is committed to play a role in the country’s sustainability goals, and in combating climate change on a regional and international level.
