Coding academy CODED was founded in 2015 to offer training and education in software development and programming. In 2018, the company took part in the “One Million Arab Coders” initiative launched by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in Dubai. CODED has held 35 boot camps and graduated more than 400 students. It has partnerships with companies, including Kuwait Finance House, Monsha’at, and Zain. In August 2022, Northwest Bilingual School announced a partnership with CODED to teach a specialized programming curriculum to its students. Albahbahani started his career as an intern at NBK Capital, while Marafi started his career as a junior wireline field engineer at Schlumberger.

Abdulaziz B. Al Loughani is the Chairman and CEO of Floward, the preferred online flowers and gifts destination in the MENA and UK. Abdulaziz is also the Managing Partner at Faith Capital, a venture capital practice that is focused on the MENA region. Abdulaziz is also a member of Endeavor, a global network of high-impact entrepreneurs and is the first Kuwaiti to be selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur. Previously, Abdulaziz was the founding Executive Vice Chairman of the Kuwait National Fund for SMEs Development, a USD 7bn independent public institution responsible for developing the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Kuwait (2013-2017). Prior to this role, he was a co-founder and CEO of Talabat.com until 2010 and has since then been investing in technology startups and has been involved in a number of local and regional entrepreneurial initiatives. Abdulaziz has also previously served as Director at Global Capital Management, the alternative investments arm of Global Investment House “Global”, where he has played a major role in managing key investments within the Private Equity Group of Global by handling various assignments on corporate restructuring, business planning, deal structuring, due diligence and managing portfolio companies to exit. Abdulaziz has served as an executive and member of board on a number of companies within the MENA region in the technology, banking, healthcare, manufacturing, consumer finance, food & beverage, and the real estate sectors. Abdulaziz holds a bachelor's degree - with a double major in Information Systems and E-Commerce from the University of Toledo, and an MBA degree from London Business School.
