Rosanna is Chief Diversity Officer at Palladium, a global impact firm with a nearly 60-year history and operations in over 90 countries. Working with such a broad organisation involves maximizing the opportunities that can be realized by embracing equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) for employees, communities with which Palladium works, clients and the supply chain. Rosanna is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and draws upon a 25+ year record of multi-sector achievement that includes embedding EDI contractor requirements into Europe’s largest infrastructure project, High Speed Rail (HS2) Ltd. Underpinning her experience is a PhD that explored the implementation of EDI within the construction process, as well as a significant body of research and internationally published work on a range of EDI topics.
