In 2020, Shams founded Dozzer Middle East, an ambitious heavy equipment marketplace. In a short time, it evolved into the Middle East’s fastest-growing platform, boasting listings not only in the UAE but also in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, and Egypt.
In 2022, he ventured into the world of digital marketing, establishing Ranked Oman, which swiftly secured its place as one of the top 10 digital marketing agencies in Oman.
