Yasser Shaker has been playing a significant role in the technology sector for more than 25 years. Before heading back from Paris to assume the role of Orange Egypt’s CEO in the summer of 2018, he was Senior VP, CTIO Orange Middle East and Africa (OMEA) where he contributed to the successful execution of Orange Group Strategy in the development and evolution of digitalization in 19 countries.
Yasser Shaker holds a MBA from ESC Rennes and actively supports start-ups and educational youth development through the Orange Digital Center (ODC), and through his role as Chairman of Enactus Egypt as well as his role as Board Member in various educational institutes like the French University in Egypt
