With a proven track record in complex, political, and highly regulated environments, Harj has successfully collaborated with governments, industry leaders, and policymakers to deliver transformative mega transport projects worldwide. At Nevomo, Harj leads the company’s strategy for developing, commercializing, and implementing its cutting-edge MagRail technology across the Middle East, India, and the USA. His work is now dedicated to advancing innovative transport solutions that drive sustainable mobility and economic growth. Previously, Harj served as Managing Director for Virgin Hyperloop, where he played a pivotal role in pioneering the company’s technology, notably leading the development of the Mumbai–Pune Hyperloop project in India.As Senior Vice President at Parsons Corporation, Harj led a major business unit, contributing to nearly all significant rail and metro projects across the Middle East. Notably, he spearheaded the design, construction, and commercial operation of Etihad Rail Stage 1, the UAE’s first national freight and passenger railway. Harj is a Chartered Civil Engineer, a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, and a Member of the UK Engineering Council. He also serves as an Advisor to Airbus Industries, leveraging his expertise to shape the future of global transportation.
