With a customer-oriented and performance-driven corporate and entrepreneurial career spanning over 25 years, Rasso Jörg Bartenschlager is the General Manager of the Al Masaood’s Power Division, overseeing a team of 200 people. His solution-driven, can-do attitude has led to many notable achievements. This includes rewards for the Volvo Penta Aftermarket importer of the Year in 2016, the Yacht Support Center in the Middle East in 2018, hosting the Rolls-Royce Power Systems world distributor Conference in 2018 in Abu Dhabi and the highest growth in the Power-gen business in the Middle East in 2020.
Virginie Seurat is a French entrepreneur with an international background, specialized in leadership and driven towards building a sustainable economy. During her 18 years in high-level marketing management for luxury brands and international groups in Paris, London, Hong-Kong and Dubai, she applied her strategic thinking and focus on achievement to leverage evolutions in the projects she lead. Virginie is now committed to the development of alternative mobility solutions through Seabubbles’ technologies of energy optimization. The focus on facing climate change with low to zero emission vehicles is generating a major market change and is opening the door to cutting-edge innovation. Seabubbles conceives hydrofoils powered by hydrogen designed for urban and inter-urban transportation, a new way to consider water infrastructures and zero emission boats along with clean energy supplies. As SeaBubbles’ General Manager, Virginie is dedicated on accelerating the company’s development with strong partnerships and open it to new markets around the world, willing to make the transition toward green mobility solutions.
Ahmed is a senior electrical engineer with 12 years of experience in product management , holds MBA and PHD in Marketing , and currently leading MEA E-mobility division in ABB. Senior Product Manager experienced in product marketing , strategy, development and communication with 10 years spent in three global companies. Mr. Abdo has been responsible for business improvement and profitable growth and has participated in the development of many projects resulting in global improvement in the KPIs.
Shadi is the regional director for REGENT, a startup developing zero-emission high-speed seagliders for coastal mobility. Prior to REGENT, Shadi covered Business Development in MENA for Volansi, a cargo drone logistics company. Shadi led the Sales activity within the Middle East & Africa region for GE Aviation's military segment. Shadi started his career at Northrop Grumman - Aerospace Systems in California where he held various flight test engineering roles in support of the Firescout UAV program for the U.S. Navy. Shadi supports the growing autonomous drone logistics space through advisory roles. Shadi earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Applied Physics from the University of California, San Diego. Shadi completed an MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.
