Managing Partner and Head of Global Business Services, IBM Saudi Arabia, and an executive member of the Board of Directors for the International Chamber of Commerce, KSA. In this role, she is responsible for the overall services business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia across all dimensions, including profit and loss, growth, and client satisfaction. She leads a multi-disciplinary and diverse team of consultants, project managers, architects, and engineers in the country and is responsible for service delivery across multiple industries. Dina has extensive experience leading strategic management consulting firms, business development for global companies, and has over 20 years of leadership experience and sustained excellent in business and market expansion and leading multi-disciplined consulting teams. She was previously the Managing Partner for Alvarez and Marsal in Saudi Arabia and, prior to this, worked across the financial services industry in broad roles from business development, operations, project and program leadership, marketing, sales, investor relations, portfolio and account management, and quality assurance.

Dr. Munir M. Eldesouki is Assistant Minister at Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), Acting President of King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), and Chairman Advisor of the Research Development and Innovation Authority (RDIA). He is also heading the team commissioned to establishing RDIA and kick-starting its operations, and he is a board member of Saudi Space Commission (SPC). His 20+ years of experience spans the spheres of R&D, Innovation, ICT and Digitization, where he played influential roles at different levels as seasoned researcher, inventor and leader setting national strategies, driving execution and shaping R&D, innovation and ICT & Digital ecosystem of Saudi Arabia. He holds over 20 patents, has published 85+ scientific papers, and the winner of many innovation-related awards. Besides his C-level positions in the Saudi government including Deputy of Planning and Development at MCIT and the Senior Advisor and Chief of Staff at the executive office of H.E. Ahmed Al-Khateeb supporting in establishing new government military entities and vision 2030 programs, Dr. Eldesouki led several research institutes and programs with international collaborators from the US, UK, Switzerland, Canada, China, South Africa, Belarus, Egypt and others from both private and public sectors. He also headed a nanotechnology center of excellence in collaboration with IBM Zurich, Yorktown and Almaden in the fields of renewable energy. Additionally he held multiple academic and fellowship positions at several universities in USA and Canada including UCSB, University of Toronto and McMaster University. He also headed many national-level committees such as Digital Collaboration Organization Executive Committee, Co-chairing of the Digital Economy Task Force under the Saudi G20 2020 Presidency. In addition to his membership in other national boards and committees including boards of Saudi Business Center, National Companies Promotion Program, National Competitiveness Center and Board of Trustees of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Award to honor inventors and talented individuals. In recognition of his scientific excellence, he received several scholarships and awards from international institutions and companies such as Natural Science and Engineering Research Council of Canada, the Xerox Center for Engineering Entrepreneurship, and the Canadian Microelectronics Corporation. Dr. Eldesouki holds a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from KFUPM in Saudi Arabia and a master degree in Engineering Entrepreneurship and Innovation from McMaster University in Canada, where he also attained his PhD degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering.

Anthony is responsible for leading engagements with clients across the region and helping them to leverage distributed ledger technologies to transform their organisations, ecosystems and industries. He was previously the CTO for IBM Cloud in Middle East and Africa providing technical leadership across cloud, blockchain, and cognitive portfolios; and helping clients understand how emerging technologies can be used to unlock new forms of value. Prior to this, he held multiple global roles, including leading the global transformation of one of IBM’s largest natural resources sector clients, consulting to a global payments provider on new forms of digital payment, and developing a set of services offerings around mobile payments. He is a member of IBM’s Academy of Technology, chair of MEA’s patent development board, and was appointed as a Distinguished Engineer in recognition of sustained technical leadership across the IBM company and his contribution to blockchain and cloud technologies. He holds multiple patents in the fields of blockchain, mobile payments, artificial intelligence, and security; and holds a Masters of Engineering from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a thesis in scheduling in distributed systems.

Fahad A. Alhamed is the founder and chairman of the board at the Saudi Cloud Computing Association (SCCA). He was recognized by IDC as one of the region’s top 5 technology excellence leaders in Digital Innovation, during IDC’s 2021 CIO Summit Saudi Arabia. He has more than 17 years of experience in the field of technology, banking, and operations. He has undertaken multiple technical projects and initiatives, and discussed cloud computing in numerous television shows, newspapers, magazines, and conferences.
