Christoph brings over 20 years of management experience to his position as CEO of TLEX® Institute. In his capacity, he has introduced TLEX® in more than 60 countries. The rich experience of the diverse cultures of the world and understanding of global social-economic and political scenarios has helped him to establish several public-private partnerships for social development. He is also the Managing Director of the World Forum for Ethics in Business, which has held a yearly conference in the European Parliament since 2006. He has conducted leadership, well-being, resilience, and ethics programs in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. Over the last 15 years, Christoph has taught in companies such as Supercell, SinnerSchrader, Accenture, Boston Consulting Group, European Chemicals Agency, Beiersdorf, GE Healthcare, Daimler, Shell, BearingPoint, American Express, the World Bank Group, the U.S. State Department, and Harvard Business School.

Christoph holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the Humboldt-Viadrina School for Governance in Berlin, Germany, and has graduated with honors from the Business School Basel, Switzerland. Christoph is a certified Leadership trainer of the World Bank Group program ‘Greater than Leadership’ and a certified Integral Associate Coach through Integral Coaching, Canada.
