Khulood Alsuwaidi is the Head of the Smart Data Section at the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure in Dubai and serves as the Chairman of the MOEI Youth Council. She holds a bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems from UAE University and a master’s degree in Urban Planning from the American University of Sharjah. Additionally, she is a Certified Innovation Strategist (CInS) from GINI, enabling her to implement innovative strategies in her work. She also holds a Data Science and AI Diploma, aligning directly with her expertise in smart data and technology-driven solutions. Khulood has been actively involved in various professional memberships, including serving on the Executive Committee of the Saudi-Emirati Coordination Council, being an instituted and board member of the Emirates Planning Association, and contributing to the AI and Fourth Industrial Revolution team for the Dams Sensor Project. She is also a member of the Innovation Team, working to raise awareness about innovation. With a deep passion for data science, emerging technologies, and environmental sustainability, Khulood remains committed to continuous learning and driving impactful change in her field.
