Tareq Amin, a Jordanian-American technologist, has firmly established his mark in the fields of digital transformation and artificial intelligence, both regionally and internationally. In May 2025, Tareq Amin was appointed Chief Executive Officer of HUMAIN, a full-stack AI company owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and chaired by His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia. Under his leadership, HUMAIN aims to become the region’s leading AI company, delivering AI-native platforms across four integrated layers: AI Infrastructure, AI Cloud, Data & Models, and Applications & Solutions. In 2025, Tareq was named to TIME’s Global Top 100 in AI list, and in 2026, Forbes recognized him as one of the Middle East’s Top 10 Tech Leaders. Over the previous year, Amin also served in telecom business as VP of Huawei’s Carrier Solutions and As Senior Director of National Planning & Performance at T-Mobile. Fawaz M. Al-Fawaz is a seasoned business leader with more than four decades of experience in the industrial and petrochemical sectors. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Tasnee since April 2024, following his tenure as Chief Financial Officer and EVP Support Functions since 2015. Prior to Tasnee, he spent more than 25 years at SABIC, holding a range of senior leadership positions across finance, accounting, and corporate strategy. Throughout his career, Al-Fawaz has led major financing transactions, IPOs, sukuk issuances, corporate restructurings, and large-scale investment projects. Majed AlKhan is a renowned businessman who brings more than 23 years of extensive experience in real estate private equity and assets management to Infracorp. He is a recognized financial engineer with more than 1 million square meters of completed flagship developments under his leadership. Majed’s objective is to lead Infracorp to be recognized as one of the key international groups specializing in developing and investing in sustainable social infrastructure projects through creating a platform whereby stakeholders can achieve wealth optimization. Business Development and Property Services). He has also contributed his expertise as a board member

Southern Area Development Company B.S.C (c) as Board Member.
Saud oversees development advisory, transactional advisory, asset and property management and project and development consultancy, ensuring that JLL clients always receive comprehensive, innovative and data-driven real estate solutions.
Prior to joining JLL, Saud held executive leadership roles across the public and private sectors. He was an executive director at the Tourism Development Fund, where he led the Real Estate & Hospitality department, managing investment initiatives that contributed to the growth and diversification of Saudi Arabia’s tourism sector.
Before that, he was a partner at Knight Frank, where he headed real estate valuation & advisory in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, advising investors, developers and government entities on large-scale projects.
Earlier in his career, Saud was a key member of the Real Estate and Infrastructure team at the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF), where he played a critical role in the development of transformational projects, including NEOM, The Red Sea Project, King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), Qiddiya and ROSHN — all of which are central to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 economic diversification strategy.
In addition to his role at JLL, Saud serves as an independent board member for several organizations, including Nama Capital, Mawten Real Estate Company, Al-Rajhi REIT Publicly Traded Fund, Ennismore Lifestyle Private Fund and SNB Capital Special Real Estate Fund. In these capacities, he provides strategic counsel, investment oversight and portfolio management, overseeing income-generating assets and large-scale development projects across multiple sectors and cities.

Eng. Ahmed Ali Alammadi’s experience and extensive knowledge in strategic evaluation of the real estate market, as well as his regional and international experience in the financial real estate sector has enabled him to establish a unique strategic vision for Diyar Al Muharraq.
Initially joining Diyar Al Muharraq in 2016 as Head of Investments & Asset Management for around 4 years, Alammadi liaised with the executive management teams, and the board of directors to formulate financial strategies, develop new innovative investment ideas, as well as manage the retail companies in both Diyar Al Muharraq and Dragon City Bahrain.
