Ziad Nabil Abu Issa is a next-generation family business leader and a member of the Abu Issa family, with involvement in Abu Issa Holding and Qatar Polo Club. He brings a forward-looking perspective to the continued evolution of the family business, while contributing to initiatives that connect business, culture, sport and Qatar’s growing international profile.
At Abu Issa Holding, Ziad contributes to the Group’s growth and development across its diverse portfolio, with interests spanning luxury retail, fashion, beauty, hospitality, technology and other business sectors. His focus includes identifying new opportunities, driving innovation and supporting the continued evolution of the Group’s businesses, while building on the family’s established legacy and contributing to its vision for the future.
As Marketing & PR Director of Qatar Polo Club, Ziad has played a role in developing the club’s presence and in bringing Polo AlMarsa Qatar to life — Qatar’s first international polo event and the world’s first polo tournament held on a pier, hosted at Old Doha Port in 2025. His work reflects his interest in building new platforms and experiences that combine Qatar’s heritage with contemporary, international appeal.
