Camila Durlacher

“Camila Cruz Durlacher is a Chemist with masters in Polymer Science, obtained from prestigious Brazilian universities.  She has been working for over 20 years at 3M and today holds the position of Vice President of R&D Operations for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. In her experience with the company, she has worked in product development, intellectual property, quality and regulatory affairs, and has managed laboratories in Brazil, Argentina and USA, ranging from local to global responsibilities. In 2019 Camila moved to Germany with her family, where she is currently leading the laboratories in the objective of driving efforts to strengthen and accelerate the development of new technologies, creating integrated solutions that meet the needs of the market and especially the customers. Camila is also highly involved in initiatives dedicated to advancing diversity and inclusion in organizations, with a special interest in advancing women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).”
