Dina Shabib

Dina is the Founder and CEO of Etijah Coaching and Consulting - a social enterprise devoted to cultivating leadership and development in young professionals through programs that help them discover their passions and purpose. She is the winner of Visa “She’s Next” Competition (in 2022); and host of “Designing Your Life” podcast. She has had the honor of working with governments, multinational corporations, and international philanthropic organizations on leadership and development programs over the past 12 years through Etijah. She also has extensive experience in the consulting & financial services space which started in the early 2000’s in the US in equities research. Dina loves supporting entrepreneurs and helping female founders (specifically) grow their ideas and find freedom through their work. She has been doing this since 2014 when she was on the board of OQAL (an angel investment network) and was mandated (as the first female member) to grow its female membership. Dina is also a lover of the water, always living by the coast, and currently serving a second term on the Saudi Sailing Federation board in an effort to grow the amazing sport in Saudi Arabia.
