Dr. Aaesha Hashem is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years of expertise in managing sustainability, environmental, occupational health, and process safety issues in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Vice President Sustainability and ESG at ADNOC Gas, she has successfully established and maintained high professional standards for both corporate and field-based operations. Dr. Hashem's exceptional skills in organizational development, operational risk management, social development, sustainability, environmental management, and occupational health have enabled her to make significant contributions in her field. Additionally, she is a consultant physician specialized in occupational medicine, which further enhances her ability to address and mitigate risks within the workplace.
