Dr. Monika Kaushal is a distinguished neonatologist with extensive clinical and academic experience. She completed her MD from PGIMER Chandigarh and DM in Neonatology from AIIMS New Delhi, followed by advanced certifications including FRCPCH, FNNF, and a Diploma from the University of Southampton, UK, along with a fellowship in the United Kingdom.
A recipient of the prestigious Young Scientist Award at the Asia Oceania Conference, Dr. Kaushal has contributed significantly to medical literature through numerous publications in national and international journals, as well as chapters in renowned medical textbooks.
She currently serves as the Chief of Neonatology and Medical Director at Emirates Specialty Hospital, DHCC, and Iranian Hospital. In addition, she holds the position of Vice President of the Emirates Pediatric and Neonatology Society, where she continues to champion advancements in neonatal care and professional development within the field.
