He was pivotal in rolling out now-beloved innovations like Instagram's collaborative tools, expanding IG Live, and key safety features in the region. Prior to Meta, Samer was a key figure at Platinum Records, MBC Group's music label, where he led artist marketing and sponsorships. He worked with top artists such as Kadim Al Saher, Melhem Zein, Nancy Ajram, and Mohammed Assaf, and was instrumental in developing image strategies and music launches for MBC talent show graduates, including The Voice and Arab Idol. Samer's extensive experience in the media and entertainment industry includes a 6-year tenure at Rotana Media Group, where he managed advertising revenue for the group's entertainment bouquet. He also spent three years at Arab Radio & Television, managing their sports channels and overseeing broadcasts of major FIFA tournaments and leagues.
