Will is a Partner at Foster + Partners and currently leads the practice’s Dubai office. He studied architecture at the University of Newcastle and London Metropolitan University, graduating in 2007. Before joining Foster + Partners, he gained valuable on-site experience delivering award-winning residential and educational projects in the UK, including Crouch Hill in London and the country’s first zero-carbon in-use school. Since joining Foster + Partners in 2011, Will has worked on a number of landmark international projects, including the sustainable Brooklin Tower in São Paulo, Brazil. In Dubai, he has led several high-profile developments, such as The Lana by Dorchester Collection—a luxury hotel and residential tower featuring bold contemporary design and seven elevated gardens. He has also played a key role in the design of Orla on Palm Jumeirah and the Marasi Masterplan on the Dubai Canal, a major waterfront development that reimagines the relationship between architecture and the public realm. Will’s extensive experience in luxury, hospitality, and master planning continues to inform innovative, high-performance designs that respond to both local context and global ambition.
