Hanan is an experienced executive with over 15 years in various industries, roles and responsibilities in her native country, Saudi Arabia. The industries she has served include education, healthcare, business, banking, and philanthropy, in both government and private. In recent years she has switched to the consulting industry, specializing in strategy, culture transformation, change management, and leadership development. Known for a pragmatic approach, she has successfully led transformative projects that drive measurable results for clients across diverse sectors. Passionate about advancing the Vision 2030 transformation agenda, Hanan fosters innovation and collaboration, empowering teams to navigate change and achieve excellence. Recently, Hanan has been appointed as the Managing Director and Strategic Account Relations for ZRG Partners in the Kingdom. In her new role, Hanan aims to continue supporting the Saudi Vision 2030 Transformation mandate with her local in-depth understanding and ability to smoothly embrace practical solutions for complex challenges. Hanan holds a BA in Business, a MA in Organizational Sciences and is currently pursuing her PhD in Organizational Behavior. She is also a qualified PROSCI Change Management practitioner, a certified coach, and passionate about volunteering for meaningful causes, such as her role as the Vice Chairman of the Board or Maak Foundation to support cancer patients and their caretakers.
