Career and Entrepreneurial Summary. Hamad Mubarak Al-Hajri is a technology entrepreneur, investor, and engineer. He is the cofounder and CEO of Snoonu, a technology, logistics and e-commerce company, co-founder, CEO, and product architect of Oryxnet for Services; co-founder of Lilac Landscape; founder of Mieraj Holding Group; co-founder of Mshwar and co-founder of Biryani Express Restaurant. Hamad has over 20 years’ experience working with Qatar Petroleum as Head of Control SystemOffshore Engineering and LPG Marketing Manager. He has also worked as a Senior Project Manager at JGC Gulf International Co. Ltd-Japan, Senior Manager PMO at Barzan Holdings-Qatar, and previously worked at the Ministry of Finance Qatar as the Director of Economic Competitiveness. Education At the age of 20, in 2000, Hamad moved to Australia to attend Murdoch University for his Bachelor of Engineering (BEng), specializing in the Electromechanical Instrumentation and Maintenance. After working for Qatar Petroleum for 7 years, he left in 2010 to study Master of Engineering, Project Management at the Teesside University. Afterwards, he headed to San Francisco State University in 2016 to pursue a Degree in Project accelerator, Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations. In late 2016 to 2017, he joined HEC Paris for an executive MBA, specializing in Business Administration and Management, in 2017, Hamad attained a Professional Certificate in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Stanford University. He also graduated from Harvard University for Advance Leadership in year 2019. This year 2020, he graduated in Qatar Leadership Center (QLC) for Executive Leadership. He also studied at Kyoto University a degree in Research Doctorate (PHD), Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations. Certifications In June 2005, Hamad was awarded the PMP certification by IPMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County, and in September 2014 he was awarded the Advance CIPS certification by the Chartered institute of procurement & supply chain management. In 2016 he was accorded the Advanced Project Management certification by Stanford University. In March 2019, he was awarded the Executive Leaders Program certificate by Harvard Business School.
