He is a pharmacist with an MBA and over 23 years of experience in the healthcare and
pharmaceutical industry. His career spans leadership roles across Egypt, the Levant
countries (Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, and Palestine), the GCC (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait,
Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman), and Europe, where he also served as Managing Director in
Jordan, Lebanon, Bulgaria, and currently Saudi Arabia.
Having worked with five leading multinational companies — Eli Lilly, Janssen, Novartis
Oncology, Roche, and MSD — Dr. Sabry has led strategic initiatives at the regional,
European, and global level, shaping policy discussions and advancing collaborative
models that strengthen healthcare systems and patient access.
His leadership is rooted in a strong belief in the power of real-world data, evidence
generation, and cross-sector collaboration as enablers of innovation and better patient
outcomes. A resilient and patient-centered leader, Dr. Sabry is passionate about building
