Suzanne Knight is an award-winning transformation strategist, chief executive, and keynote speaker. She is the founder and CEO of mBolden, a global management consulting firm advising senior leaders on executing complex transformation, strengthening leadership capacity, and building future-ready operating models in people-intensive and regulated environments. Over her career, Knight has advised more than 80 organisations across 14 countries, working with Fortune 100 companies, high-growth enterprises, and government institutions to deliver measurable, sustainable outcomes.
Before founding mBolden, Knight held senior executive and consulting leadership roles including Vice President of Transformation Services at Walmart Canada, Head of Organisational Effectiveness and Change at Philip Morris International (Canada), and Deputy Head of Deloitte’s Transformational Change consulting practice. She has led large-scale service modernisation initiatives with the Government of Ontario, with transformation portfolios impacting more than 100,000 employees. Knight has been an instructor with York University’s Schulich Executive Education for more than a decade, serves on the AI-Powered Futures Committee run by the Coalition of Innovation Leaders Advancing Respect (CILAR), and delivered the TEDx talk The Myth of Doing It All (and What to Do Instead). Her work has been recognised by The Peak’s Emerging Leaders List and DMZ’s Women of the Year.
